How will COVID-19 affect this event?

We are beyond excited to gather again in-person as this event has traditionally been in that format in past years. That being said, Balanced Rock is committed to the health and safety of all participants, instructors and staff. As this is an indoor event, we have outline the following requirements in order to honor and respect everyone’s safety:

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination status is required for all attendees. Proof of vaccination will be required prior to the event via email, or must be shown at the door on the day of the event.
  • A negative COVID test will not be required for entry (this may be subject to change)
  • Masks and facial coverings will not be required indoors (as long as that is congruent with Mariposa County guidelines at that time), but however participants are warmly welcomed to wear them for their own comfort level.

We will continue to monitor the health and safety protocols as recommended by the state and county guidelines, and these policies may be subject to change. Our staff is always available to discuss these policies and answer any questions or concerns you may have: (209) 379-9453 (please leave a voicemail) | info@balancedrock.org
