Akiko Oi

It marks 23 years since Akiko was first introduced and started practicing yoga.

Over the past decade, her practice has evolved as it aligned with her lifestyle and needs. “Yoga has been the place I naturally come back to heal, recover, rejuvenate, gain mental, emotional and physical strength. I would like to continue my practice further more and to share with others”.

Akiko currently teaches a high school yoga program, offers classes for local and private virtual classes.

Strong Morning Vinyasa – Creative Flow

This class will be a dynamic vinyasa and intuitive flow with her unique and  crafted sequences building up as it goes. It includes meditation, pranayama, fundamental asanas, standing balances, core strength, arm balances and inversions. Modifications are strongly recommended and options for the intensity levels and asanas variations are introduced during the class.
