Jetta Blaine

Jetta Blaine teaches an alignment-based hatha vinyasa practice. She began practicing yoga almost a decade ago after pain from a broken back kept her from enjoying life to its fullest. She credits yoga as the main practice that helped her recover and heal. She studied yoga extensively in India where she also studied Thai bodywork. Her knowledge of body mechanics comes through in her classes. She fully believes there is a style of yoga for everybody, and that yoga is best practice both on and off the mat in everyday life.
