Themed on the Five Elements and Balanced Rock’s unique curriculum, this 5-day Yoga Immersion will offer daily asana, meditation, pranayama, philosophy and more in some of the most iconic locations in Yosemite. We will deepen our relationship with the Five Elements as expressed through our yoga practice, in our bodies, and by the planet that sustains us.

Everyone is welcome!

This Immersion is perfect for those wanting to deepen their personal yoga study, continue their education as a yoga instructor, or seek a new perspective on yoga from the natural world.

Participants are welcome to attend this program as a retreat, attend as continuing education for 40 hours with Yoga Alliance, or attend as the first portion of our comprehensive 200-hour WildYoga Teacher Training.

Our faculty will be joined by special guests to create a unique and powerful training. The course will be authentic and tempered to the needs of the students. Class sizes will be small with abundant instructor attention available for each student. Participants will leave the WildYoga Intensive with a strong take-home asana practice, meditation and pranayama techniques, an understanding of the major philosophies of yoga and a solid, fun-loving yoga kula (community).


Payment & Pre-requisites

Tuition assistance is available. Payment plans are available for a small additional administrative fee. Please email info@balancedrock.org or call (209) 379-9453 if you would like to arrange a payment plan.

Space is limited. Advance course registration required. Full payment or an initial deposit of $350 will reserve your spot. Full payment is due before the course begins on October 2nd, 2019 unless otherwise negotiated.  Please review our cancelation and payment policy.

Food and accommodation are not included in the course tuition. Students are responsible for making their own arrangements.

Not Included

Transportation to and from your hometown to Yosemite, park entrance fees, accommodations, food, required reading, and personal items.
