WildYoga Teacher Training: Water Element
With Heather Sullivan and Paula Wild
December 6 - 8, 2019
This will be our second WildYoga Teacher Training weekend based out of Studio M Yoga, where we will flow together integrating breath and movement in an exploration of Vinyasa. The Water Element teaches us the importance of flexibility, following the path of least resistance, and being patient with ourselves as the time-tested practice of yoga carves new pathways in our minds and bodies. It is the perfect place to gently evolve the new skill of teaching yoga and learn to go with the flow!
General Schedule:
Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm
Please arrive having eaten dinner as we begin with an asana practice at 6:30pm.
Saturday 6:30am-9:00pm
We will allow at least one hour for lunch and two hours for dinner.
Sunday 6:30am-4:00pm
