WildYoga Teacher Training: Space Element

Our April module will be full of celebration and deep connection. The Space Element teaches us through sound and silence of our connection to all beings. It will support us in exploring the depths of our true nature as spirit embodied and teaching yoga from that potent place!

*This training is now taking place at the Yosemite Bug Rustic Mountain Resort in Midpines, CA.

General Schedule:

Friday 6:00pm-9:00pm
Please arrive having eaten dinner as we begin with an asana practice at 6:30pm.

Saturday 6:30am-9:00pm
We will allow at least one hour for lunch and two hours for dinner.

Sunday 6:30am-4:00pm 
We will have a graduation celebration from 3:00-4:00pm.

*Please note, once you are registered we will send you a more specific schedule via email. We generally take one outdoor field trip (weather permitting) per weekend, while the other full day is spent in the studio environment.

Curriculum:

Asana: We will practice meditation and visualization in a variety of poses.

Pranayama: We will practice meditation through the breath.

Philosophy: We will complete our discussion of the Bhagavad Gita. We will learn about and explore Bhakti Yoga through Kirtan.

Anatomy: We will review the head, neck, and the nervous system.

Student teaching: Students will continue teaching each other through a variety of exercises, and those who feel ready will teach an hour-long yoga class.

Food and accommodation are not included in the course tuition, and students are responsible for making their own arrangements. Please feel free to contact us with questions.
