5-Day WildYoga Immersion Retreat
With Heather Sullivan and Eliza Kerr
November 14 - 18, 2022
Program Details
Themed on the 5-Elements philosophy and Balanced Rock’s unique curriculum, this immersive retreat will offer daily asana practice, meditation, pranayama, yoga philosophy and more! We will deepen our relationship with the 5-Elements: Earth, Water, Air, Fire & Ether, as expressed through our yoga practice, in our bodies, and by the planet that sustains us. Based at the luxurious Yosemite Moonstone Retreat nestled in the foothills at the west entrance to Yosemite National Park, participants can feel truly embodied by electing to stay onsite for the duration of this 5-day program.
This Immersion is perfect for those wanting to deepen their personal yoga practice, earn continuing education credits as a certified yoga instructor, or seek a new perspective on yoga from the natural world. Participants are welcome to attend this program as a retreat, attend as continuing education for 20 hours with Yoga Alliance, or attend as the first portion of our comprehensive 200-hour WildYoga Teacher Training.
Our facilitators will be joined by special guests to create a unique and powerful experience. The program will be authentic and tempered to the needs of the students. Class sizes will be small with abundant instructor attention available for each student. Participants will leave the WildYoga Immersion with a strong take-home asana practice, meditation and pranayama techniques, an understanding of the major philosophies of yoga and a solid, fun-loving yoga kula (community).
