CLASS DESCRIPTION
Join us for this 6-week online series via Zoom to learn how to create more freedom in your body through compress and shear fascial release. Using foam rollers, lacrosse balls and perhaps other spontaneous props, you will learn how to effectively reduce painful and stiff areas. Gain greater freedom in your movement through healthier, more fluid fascia. Be your own healer!
DATES & TIMES
First session begins Tuesday, Nov 3rd. Following sessions are Nov 10th, Nov 17th, Dec 1st, Dec 8th & Dec 15th.
Every Tuesday from 12:00pm-12:45pm via Zoom Online
*There will be no class the week of Thanksgiving
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
Yoga mat, foam roller & lacrosse ball
PRICING & TUITION ASSISTANCE
This class is on a sliding scale, with a suggested donation minimum of $5-20/class.
Tuition Assistance is always available for participants, and no one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
